This Privacy Policy explains how IFG Acquisitions LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use DealSnap. If you don't want your information handled as described here, please don't use the Service.
The standard policy sections below cover the legal mechanics. This section is the plain-spoken version of what we actually do, because deal data is sensitive and you deserve a direct answer before the formalities.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your deal pipeline with other DealSnap users.
We share limited data with trusted service providers strictly to run the Service. Each provider receives only the data needed to perform its function. None are data sellers.

We may disclose information in response to a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, etc.), to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DealSnap, its operating entity, or others.
DealSnap is a one-person operation. The founder (Brandon Comer) has administrative access to the database because they built it. There are no other employees, contractors, or third-party analysts with access to user deal data.
Internal review of user activity happens only in three cases:
Activity is not reviewed for marketing analytics, sales outreach beyond the first-deal welcome, product analytics on individual users, or for any other business or entity owned by the founder.
We keep account and deal data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records (e.g., tax, fraud prevention, legal holds). Aggregated/de-identified data may be retained for analytics.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, or object to certain processing. You can:
California residents: we don't sell personal information and don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and a copy of your data.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
DealSnap is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email hello@deal-snap.com and we'll delete it.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for marketing.
When you create a DealSnap account, you will receive two kinds of emails from us:
You can opt out of product update emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any product email, or by emailing hello@deal-snap.com. Opt-outs are processed within 10 business days. Opting out of product emails does not affect transactional emails.
We do not currently send SMS or automated phone calls. If that changes in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain your separate, affirmative consent before any such messages are sent.
DealSnap is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your data will be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
